Dr. Peter McKenna:
My real job is with the women and infants programme and the obstetric settlements account for about half of the State Claims Agency payouts so I have some familiarity with what happens to a large chunk of its money. I am not aware personally of any actions following on from a settlement done by the State Claims Agency on any individual.
