I am like Mr. Connaghan, in that I would expect that. I am conscious that he and Mr. McCallion are new brooms and I wish them well in their positions, but I have reason to believe that there is nothing written down and there is no protocol. For example, the Carpenter family received a settlement last week or the week before after a much-celebrated ten weeks of mediation, which followed five years of litigation. That was settled without admission of liability. I wonder whether nurses, registrars, consultants, administrators and so on are subject to a process of monitoring and retraining and whether protocols or policies in that regard are written down.
