When it appeared before us, I asked a question about cases. According to Mr. Breen, the figure was approximately 50%. In cases that were settled without admission of liability, the State Claims Agency had no role in recommending, or were not aware of whether there was, follow-up monitoring or training in respect of positions or practitioners who may have been associated with those cases. Will Mr. Breslin confirm whether that is the case?
