I agree with Mr. Connaghan because if we cannot remember it shows something. This is not to catch out either of the witnesses because that is not what I am trying to do here. I refer to all of this correspondence, which all of Ireland can digest now. I presume that when this was escalated from the actual hospital and, to be fair, the hospital CEO, Mr. Burke, moved it on, and I would like to know what all the other general managers in hospitals did, in hindsight it was obvious from the letter on 22 August from Dr. Kevin Hickey to Gráinne Flannelly, on which Dr. Henry and Dr. McKenna were copied, that he is fairly annoyed. Instead of saying what was happening, he says it is totally inappropriate. What I really want to know is that, regarding the actions or non-actions that happened afterwards, do they believe something different from what did happen should have happened?
