That is unbelievable. I also find it incredible that the minutes of the national planning oversight group, NPOG, meetings make no reference to it.
When it comes to the packages that are being made available to the 209 women, the HSE is not ready. I say this because its own people have told me so. I ask the witnesses to take that on board. Across the board, the HSE is not ready for this------
