Clearly nobody seems to know what they were accountable for. The very minimum someone should know when they are in a job within the pay bracket we heard mentioned earlier is what they are responsible for. Nobody seems to be responsible for anything, apart from a couple of people who have been identified. We spoke earlier about the Medical Council. Doctors are subject to the Medical Council rules anyway. However, the accountability of people who are not subject to the Medical Council is a really serious issue to my mind.
