I can only comment using an assumption when I guess that what we have is the original standard national policy document that lays out broad principles of what we should be doing around open disclosure. Naturally, as one goes through the implementation of all of this, one gets questions which arise from all aspects of the service. It could be the ambulance service, disinfection services or anything else. As one goes through the implementation of a programme like that, one will typically write individual, tailored documents for parts of the programme. This is a natural development of the roll-out of that policy. We will need to reconsider where we go on that now. We are heading towards legislation on it. I suspect that we need to press a reset button on quite a lot of our documentation on that.
