It was stated on the record here by Mr. Breen, and we have the transcript of the issue being discussed the last day, that:

I have a final question for Mr. Breen [he is the head of the State Claims Agency]. I am asking it now because I will not get another chance. The State Claims Agency was told by CervicalCheck that all the women had been communicated with. Is that not right?

Mr. Breen said that was correct. He was asked from whom did the agency receive it orally and he replied it was from CervicalCheck.
