We conducted a study between 2005 and 2007, I think, on the outer orbital route, or Dublin outer orbital route, as it was called at one stage, to examine its usefulness. We carried out forward planning to see whether it could be a viable option that would perhaps have to go into the county development plans to preserve the route in the various different authorities.
