If I may add to that, I directly receive a lot of correspondence from individuals who are explaining their position. More broadly, our public contacts unit, especially the dedicated team in consumer protection, have received so much information and interacted with so many distressed customers that it has been a very motivating force for this work. In the end, however, financial compensation does not compensate for other losses people have suffered. I believe that in the end this examination will have delivered a good deal to many people, but it has been a very difficult situation for many.
