I have tried to get that information by asking parliamentary questions, which, presumably, have been passed on to the Central Bank for reply. The answer has been to the effect that the Central Bank does not know what restructures are being entered into by the unregulated loan owners. It seems to know what restructures they have, but it does not know how many of them were inherited from the bank entering into an agreement-----
