The reason people get unconscious bias training is that all of us carry around biases. It might be a gender stereotype or a race stereotype a person does not even know he or she possesses. The purpose of the training is to illustrate to the person how these biases may exist and try to eliminate them from people. I think I would rather talk about the strategic communications unit.
