The Comptroller and Auditor General has given a clear opinion and that the accounts are properly presented etc. He did raise one issue in respect of procurement. Given that it is the Department of the Taoiseach, there is a particular onus on it to show an example. I ask Mr. Fraser to deal with the four contracts that were given outside of the procurement guidelines.
