I thank Mr. Murtagh, Mr. O'Connor, Dr. Joanne McCarthy and Dr. Patricia McCarthy for the opening statements. They were extensive and informative. At this stage, I will afford an opportunity to colleagues to raise issues and questions. I will revert back to the witnesses for responses.
