I move amendment No. 198:
In page 126, between lines 25 and 26, to insert the following:“Reference to processing in enactment
162. Subject to this Part, a reference in any enactment to processing within the meaning of the Act of 1988 shall be construed as including a reference to processing within the meaning of—(a) the Data Protection Regulation, and
(b) Part 5.”.
