I move amendment No. 159:

In page 95, lines 7 to 10, to delete all words from and including “examine” on line 7 down to and including “appropriate.” on line 10 and substitute the following:“investigate to the extent appropriate to ensure compliance with a relevant provision and to identify any infringement thereof, the subject matter of the complaint unless the Commission is of the opinion that the complaint is frivolous or vexatious and take such action in respect of it as the Commission, having regard to the nature and circumstances of the complaint, to the extent appropriate.”.

I will withdraw the amendment now but may come back to it on Report Stage.
