I move amendment No. 127:

In page 69, line 30, to delete “interest.” and substitute the following:“interest;(vi) in circumstances where the data subject has been or is being subjected to automated decision-making, including profiling, the fact of same, and information in relation to the logic involved in the automated decision-making, as well as information in relation to the significance and envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject.”.
