I move amendment No. 66:

In page 31, between lines 12 and 13, to insert the following:“(2) This section does not permit the sharing or processing of personal data revealing political opinion with or by any private company, as defined under section 2(1) of the Companies Act 2014 without the consent of the data subject even when that private company has been contracted by the actors or entities specified under paragraphs (a),(b) or (c).”.
