I move amendment No. 18:

In page 16, between lines 36 and 37, to insert the following:“(d) cease to be a Commissioner on reaching the age of 70 years, but where the person is a new entrant (within the meaning of section 2 of the Public Service Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2004) the requirement to cease to be a Commissioner on grounds of age shall not apply.”.
