With the diagnosis of cervical cancer, one would get the record, match it with the screening register, and look at the history. The woman was invited for a screening test, had the test, had an abnormal result, was referred for a colposcopy, had a biopsy and a diagnosis of cancer. The screening detected that and there would be nothing to review because the system would have worked. There would be no further review in those cases and it would not be flagged.
