As I outlined before, I first became aware of this on 11 July 2017. It was presented to me by our clinical director in seeking advice in my then role as a clinical adviser. I facilitated and engaged directly with the medical director of CervicalCheck, the clinical director and the appropriate clinical leads in the hope that rather than have recourse to legal advice, they would come to a consensus themselves.
