The Deputy must let me answer the question. We have brought in a system to take the climate of fear out of inspections called the preliminary check. The farmer can go the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine with his or her basic payment application and have it checked in advance to see if there are any small errors and the Department gives the farmer three weeks to correct it before the application is lodged in the IT system. The Deputy could go in with the farmer to do that, I am sure, if she wished.
