We talked earlier about this. They were not involved in the sign off of the report when it should have been provided to them. They certainly felt they were under pressure. Irrespective of whether they were, the organisation should have picked up that they felt they were under pressure. They were let down in that regard. In many ways we as an organisation have learned that we must do things differently.
