With all due respect and fairness I am entitled to ask the questions. There are ten witnesses here. If that happens that is fine, they should just explain it. I do not want the details, just an explanation of what is going on. I am entitled to ask this question. I have asked it previously at this committee of other people who are not here today and it was answered. All I want is to get everyone on the record on this question.
