Let us look at that. On the verbal report, given everything we now know in the public domain and the evidence Mr. Nugent gave the last time that there was no evidence of official emails of a sensitive nature or something like that, does he still believe that to be the case? Is it the case that when he looked at the former Commissioner's private email account he did not see one thing that was in any way official or of a sensitive nature?
