I have a number of different topics to cover. The Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner are not here to hear what is being discussed. We must accept what their colleagues here are saying but I think it is, frankly, a laugh. I say this straight, call a spade a spade. It is not acceptable that this could not be communicated to the committee in advance. We are the elected representatives of the people and this is about accountability. In fairness, Mr. Nugent is trying his best. I have listened to all the questions from colleagues. Mr. Nugent is getting back to people. He cannot answer them directly so it breaks the thread of questioning. It means we have to chase information and wait for An Garda Síochána to get back to us. I have been through this before and have seen some of the answers that have come back. They are quite short. There is no way of continuing the questioning. I think it is disrespectful and it is wrong.
