It goes to the heart of the matter. I will move on to the pressure that was put on them. It came somewhat after that. They had not all signed off on the document at that stage. I am referring to the Garda data analysis service on key data issues. My understanding is that at 12.20 p.m. on a date in May of last year, Mr. Singh was furnished with a document and the data analysis service was expected to sign off on that within two or three days. Significant pressure was put on the service. According to Ms West's statement with respect to the nature of the pressure, she said:

It is my view that we were subjected to severe pressure to withdraw our concerns, to ignore our professional standards and to agree with the views of the sworn members of the review team. Our integrity, both personal and professional, was undermined and attacked. We do not know what the motivation of the review team was in disregarding our views, seeking to minimise the importance of the issues and then seeking to force ... [their] report on us and having us sign off on same, inclusive of the scant and inadequate recommendations contained therein.

Does Mr. Nugent accept it was wrong that level of pressure was put on the service and particularly on those two individuals to sign off on that document? Would he agree with that?
