Interview boards are running as we speak. We hope to be appointing sergeants at the back end of the summer. That is the last estimate. It is an issue of major concern to us as an organisation. The executive leadership team discussed the matter yesterday. We are looking to make some short-term temporary moves to try to help fill some gaps where there are critical vacancies. It is a major risk for the organisation. The Commissioner has commented publicly on that. We want to see it resolved. The interview processes are running as we speak. There was a period where the interview boards were not running. They are up and running again now and I hope we will be making appointments before the back end of the summer.
