Mr. Nugent will understand the difficulty for the committee, in that the acting Commissioner had that evidence more than a year before the analysts appeared before us, yet he appeared before us, gave evidence that a thorough review had been commissioned by the analysts' service and remained silent on the issue of associated problems.
