It is not me this time. It is important that as a committee, we take a look at the tangible material impact this will have on the schools, clubs and communities. It is important that members take that responsibility seriously and I am glad to hear the Chair is willing to engage in that regard. As Deputy Ellis noted, we have been talking about this for an awfully long time. We have been talking about this since 2005 and I re-emphasise my commitment to getting this project done. It goes back so far that I had hair when we started talking about this project.
