I move amendment No. 16:

In page 3, line 29, after "subsection", to insert the following:"except for where such divestment incurs costs or penalties for the breaching of the contractual obligations of the Agency or the Fund in which case the Agency shall divest from such investments at the first point in time at which it becomes possible to divest without incurring such costs or penalties".
