This is a Private Members' Bill introduced by Deputy Pringle. We are considering Committee Stage today, which was referred to the select committee by order of the Dáil on 26 January 2017. The committee has conducted a detailed scrutiny of the Bill and has reported to the House accordingly. The committee recommended that the Bill proceed for Committee Stage consideration.
