For clarity, I am almost sure that what I have said in now way seeks to address anything that is going on in the courts. It is looking at what might be done regardless of the outcome of this particular event. I am concerned about protecting the data of journalists in particular because of the role that the fourth estate has in our democracy. It is of fundamental importance. For that reason, I would like a response.
