Going back to the Gort-Tuam road, I re-read that over lunch. In respect of the Marguerite Fund, its interpretation of TEN-T regulation provides for the court's audit rights even in a case where the beneficiary is a private partner. Are the witnesses disagreeing with that? This is what is set out in the report. I might be putting the witnesses at a disadvantage because they have not read it but it clearly sets out that even in a situation involving a private partner, the funding is coming under the Marguerite Fund.
