It is quite extraordinary. I appreciate that Ms Feehily has to be even-minded. However, she has said that, had the Policing Authority accepted the testimony given to it, it would have been misled and that she believes it was not an oversight. For any of us listening to her and the testimony we received two weeks ago, it is hard to conclude that there was not an attempt to railroad the report through the Policing Authority, as well as an attempt not to draw too much attention to it and allow the process to be completed without the serious concerns of Ms Galligan and Ms West to be taken on board. When one combines this with the fact that it may not have been an oversight and that the authority could have been misled, it is quite an extraordinary set of circumstances. At what stage did Ms Feehily become aware of the particular pressure put on Ms Galligan and Ms West on 8 and 10 May?
