I regret two things. I have been struck, listening to their evidence, about some of the date symmetry. It is possible that the pressure we were exerting may have led in turn to some of the mistreatment that they accounted because there are dates where we intervened and certain things seemed to happen. If we added to that distress by pressing the Commissioner for responses, that is certainly regrettable. I do believe, had we known, that we could have insisted earlier on the inclusion of Ms Galligan and Ms West in some of the meetings that we had.
