The Minister might reflect on this point when dealing with the waste collection companies. I am hearing from householders who have adopted brown bins that they are too small. Canister-style bins are given in many areas because the companies do not want too much grass and other materials to be put into them. In the area with which I am familiar householders have told me that the units being provided are too small.
