In response to Deputy Murphy, Deputy Martin and others, I note that if something is ruled out of order, it is ruled out of order. It has absolutely nothing to do with me. I regret that these things have been ruled out of order, apart from the fact that the Bill will obviously go through a little bit more quickly. A ruling that an amendment is out of order is not something over which I have any jurisdiction. I deeply regret that the amendments were so ruled, particularly the one on Windy Arbour, because it is a pressing problem. I intend to work with the people of Windy Arbour to sort out this problem, and have been doing so. It is a private road, however. I will continue to strive to sort it out, because it is a really serious difficulty for them. I will work with Deputy Martin and anybody else on that, but I will do so as a constituency TD. I cannot address it in this committee or in the House if I am not allowed to by those who make the rules.
