It is important and positive that these issues as they relate to cyclists have been placed on the agenda. Cyclist groups and their campaign are important. I am disappointed that the amendments on minimum passing distances are not being discussed, but I note the fact that the Minister has indicated that he intends to address the points made by way of bringing forward a statutory instrument. Can he give us a little more information on the content of the statutory instrument and indicates when he intends to bring it forward?
