It was held on a day when the Minister should not even have been here as it was a day of national crisis because of the weather. The national transport network was to be shut down but the Minister was here talking to us about this legislation when he should have been with the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government, Deputy Eoghan Murphy, and the Taoiseach in the co-ordination centre discussing how we could get the transport network on the move.
