At the end of the third quarter of 2017, there were almost 2,900 units at stage 1, more than 1,600 at stage 2, 738 at stage 3 and just under 2,000 at stage 4, which is the tender report stage. There were 3,600 on site, and 1,460 units in the programme had been finished.
