There is no obligation on participants to provide personal data about cohabitants or whatever. I should say, however, that usually when a personal adviser is dealing with someone who is long-term unemployed, they talk about their overall circumstances and assess what barriers to employment there might be. That might involve conversations about other members of the household etc. However, there is no obligation to give personal details.
