On No. 8, EU scrutiny for the public record, before we proceed with the business listed, I wish to record the decision taken by the committee on EU legislative proposals. The committee agreed that COM (2017) 790, COM (2017) 791 and COM (2017) 824 warrant further scrutiny and the committee agreed that COM(2018)20 and COM(2018)21 do not warrant further scrutiny.
