In the draft of the next MFF we are developing a cohesion pillar with at least 30% of our entire annual budget and a CAP of least 30% as well. Our heading 5 means staff and buildings, which it is about 6%, so we have 32% or 33% for the rest - for research, Connecting Europe Facility, ERASMUS+, migration, development aid and, perhaps, for defence research and defence industries.
