I thank the Commissioner. The multi-annual financial framework, MFF, is the EU's seven year budget but with Britain being one of the major contributors, Brexit has left a hole in all of the budgets, as the Commissioner said. Again, as he said, the choice is between cutting and adding more revenue. Any cut that is likely to be made includes the Common Agricultural Policy, CAP, because that is the biggest budget line and in order to raise more revenue the Commission is looking at extending the EU's resources. Can the Commissioner tell us about the rebates of some of the wealthier countries and the amount that equates to? If these rebates were removed, how less important would the withdrawal of Britain's contributions be?
