Could I ask Ms Justice Ring about what she referred to as cutting the umbilical cord with the Department? I could be wrong about this but I do not recall her mentioning that when she was before us previously. I could be wrong about that. Is part of the reason she wants to promote this suggestion because she does not believe the Department is representing the interests of GSOC as well as it could when it comes to fighting for funding?
