The number of full-time equivalents is 6,114. It was really important to bring the number back up. At the same time, because of the demographics in the Civil Service - this is common across the service - 35% of the staff have over 35 years' service. We recruited over 550 staff last year and will do the same this year. We will probably do more the following year. In an organisation the size of ours, that is a massive churn.
