Just to add a little bit, as Mr. Hogan has indicated, both of us wrote to the committee after the last hearing with an update on elements of the case. Our responsibility in relation to the case is to finalise the calculations. At that stage I indicated that we had completed about 90% of the figures and work has continued on that. Now over 95% of the calculations are completed. We have indicated to the Commission that by the end of April we will have sent all the calculations to the Commission. It then has to get back to us.
