I agree with Deputy Cullinane and will not repeat his points. We stumbled across this rather than there having been forensic questioning. The more we stumbled and asked questions, the more worried we became at its ad hoc nature.

However, the worst part for me was the attitude that one should not ask questions, that this was good and that we should just run with it. I agree fully that we should put this back on our agenda and look at it because I have not looked in detail at the full report. I have read the letters but have not read the report in detail. I think we might need help with this as well just like we got help with the document before us today. In due course, we might need help to tease this out.
