I must interrupt Deputy Wallace but I will bring him back in. For the information of members, we must conclude the sitting of the select committee in three minutes time. I will not be able to proceed with the decision making process because voting will exceed the time available. I suggest that on the conclusion of Deputy Wallace's contribution, we adjourn and resume, as we are scheduled, in select committee tomorrow afternoon at 2 p.m. to address the Judicial Appointments Commission Bill. I propose that we commence tomorrow afternoon's business by concluding the decisions on the Intoxicating Liquor (Breweries and Distilleries) Bill 2016. I see no other way to do it. The witnesses for the Joint Committee on Justice and Equality are waiting to come before us.
